Annual Leave
Offering a competitive allowance of up to 29 days' annual leave (depending on role) plus public holidays each year.
With one extra day added each year of service (up to three days) after 5 years.

Careers With Purpose
Our Recruitment Process
We aim to make our recruitment process clear, fair and inclusive, ensuring every candidate has the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and experience.
1. Apply - Submit your application online and tell us about your skills, experience and interest in the role.
2. Application Review - Our hiring team will review applications against the role requirements, using a fair and objective assessment process to shortlist candidates.
3. Interview - If shortlisted, you'll be invited to interview with the hiring manager and panel members. Depending on the role, you may also be asked to complete a task or assessment relevant to the position.
4. Decision & Offer - We'll let all interviewed candidates know the outcome of their application. Successful candidates will receive an offer and information about the next steps.
5. Pre-Employment Checks - Before joining Wandle, we'll complete the necessary pre-employment checks, which may include references, right-to-work verification and, where required, a DBS check.
6. Welcome to Wandle - Once your checks are complete, we'll support you through our onboarding process and help you settle into your new role.
