Millie Hunt
Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Talent AcquisitionJoined Wandle: 2026
What do you do at Wandle?
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, I support recruitment across the organisation, helping to attract, engage and hire talented people who share Wandle's values. I work closely with hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience and ensure our recruitment processes are fair, inclusive and efficient.
Why did you join Wandle?
I joined Wandle because I wanted to work for an organisation with a strong social purpose. The opportunity to help build teams that directly support residents and communities across South London was something that really appealed to me as well as being able to deliver a good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
I enjoy meeting people from across the business and helping candidates take the next step in their careers. Every role we recruit contributes to the important work Wandle does, which makes recruitment feel meaningful and rewarding.
How has Wandle supported your development?
Wandle encourages continuous learning and development, and I've had opportunities to expand my knowledge of talent acquisition, candidate experience and inclusive recruitment practices while working alongside supportive colleagues.
What would you say to someone thinking about applying?
If you're looking for a workplace where you can make a difference, be yourself and continue to develop your career, I'd definitely encourage you to apply. Wandle is a welcoming organisation with people who genuinely care about the work they do and the communities they serve.
