Matt Frankham
Complaints Improvement Manager – ComplaintsJoined Wandle: January 2026
What do you do at Wandle?
I’m currently the Complaints Improvement Manager at Wandle and I’m responsible for the full end-to-end journey of the complaints process. A key part of my role is ensuring that complaints not only achieve fair outcomes for residents but also drive learning, service improvements, and better customer experiences across the organisation
Why did you join Wandle?
A main factor in joining Wandle was my connection to South London. The opportunity to work for a housing association that provides homes and support to those who need it most within the area I call home was something that really appealed to me.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
What I enjoy most is the opportunity to make a genuine difference in what can often be complex and challenging situations for some of our most vulnerable residents.
On a lighter note, the free breakfast is definitely an added bonus!
How has Wandle supported your development?
Although I’m relatively new to Wandle, I’ve already seen a strong commitment to learning and development. There is a wide range of eLearning opportunities available, alongside tailored training and support that helps individuals develop in line with their role and career aspirations.
What would you say to someone thinking about applying?
I would encourage anyone to apply if they are looking for a resident-focused organisation that embraces change and has a clear vision for the future. There is a strong sense of purpose across the organisation, with colleagues working together to make a positive impact for residents
