This is a big, visible role for someone who can turn information into action. You’ll lead our approach to business intelligence, digital and IT — helping us move from reports and dashboards to real insight, better choices and measurable improvement.

You’ll shape our enterprise data strategy, strengthen governance and quality, build confidence in self-service reporting, and help create a single version of the truth that colleagues trust and use.

You’ll also lead our thinking on digital, technology and AI — making sure our tools, systems and infrastructure support better experiences for customers and colleagues, and helping us explore innovation safely, ethically and with purpose.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a strategic, practical and collaborative leader with a track record of senior experience in business intelligence, data, analytics, performance, and reporting. You’ll understand what good governance looks like, know how to build trusted insight, and be able to explain complex ideas in plain English. You’ll know how IT and digital can unlock better insight, better services and smarter decisions — and be ready to provide senior oversight across these areas

You’ll be confident influencing senior stakeholders, curious about what the data is really telling us, and passionate about helping people use evidence to make better decisions. Experience with Power BI, CRM, digital service design, AI, automation or technology oversight would be a real advantage.
